is the Co-Founder and Project Manager of
M GROUP INVESTMENTS. A self- made entrepreneur and a true business visionary, with over 20 years experience in Commercial, Multi- Family and Residential Real Estate Development.
Nancy Mendez
Operations Management & Design
Graduating in 2008 with a BA in Interior Design. Nancy has 14+ yrs. experience in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Design. Having designed homes, hotels, restaurants, event venues, apt buildings and much more, she discovered her true passion for rejuvenating communities. She combines her passions with a systematic approach to create A Premier Investment Company with next level ideas.
Abner Mendez
CFO
is the Chief Financial Director of
M Group Investments. With more than 17 yrs. In the Sales & Finance industry, Abner supervises all of M Group's Financial Decisions including Acquisitions, Funding, Negotiations, Investor Relations, Sales, and Marketing. By Bringing his highly effective financial approach and ingenuity; Abner continues to expand the company's horizons constantly creating new facets to it's Full Service Approach to accelerate the company's growth and capabilities.
